The 1924–25 League of Ireland was the 4th season of senior football in Republic of Ireland. It began on September 6, 1924 and ended on April 25, 1925. Bohemians was the defending champion. Shamrock Rovers was the winner for this season.

Overview

Midland Athletic were not re-elected. Shelbourne United withdrew from the League of Ireland on 7 September 1924, the day after the competition officially started. Bray Unknowns and Fordsons were elected to the League. Fordsons became the first team from Munster to play in the League of Ireland. Both matches involving Athlone Town and Bohemians were not played, both matches were awarded as wins for Bohemians.
