The 2015 Batang Pinoy, officially known as the 2015 Philippine Youth Games–Batang Pinoy was hosted in the cities of Cebu City, Mandaue, and Danao from November 27- December 2, 2015.[1]

Russian Minister for Youth and Sports Dmitry Glushko was observed the proceedings of the Batang Pinoy Finals.[2]

This serves as a preparation for the Philippine delegation that will represent in the 2015 Children of Asia International Sports Games. This is the first time that the Philippines will send a delegation in the multi-sporting event catered for 15-below athletes.

Record

More than 4,200 students and athletes performed Arnis in the Cebu City Sports Center during the closing ceremonies of the Batang Pinoy 2015, to set a record for the largest arnis class in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.[3]
