The 2016 United States Open Championship will be the 116th U.S. Open, scheduled to be played June 16–19 at Oakmont Country Club in Plum, Pennsylvania, a suburb northeast of Pittsburgh.

Venue

This will be the ninth U.S. Open at Oakmont and its twelfth major championship.
