2nd Medical Brigade is a unit of the British Army formed under Force Troops Command as part of the Army 2020 reorganisation that has control over Field Hospital units.

History

The brigade, which has significantly raised the quality of pre-deployment medical training, was established in April 2005.[1] Since then it has provided a high standard of field medical care at field hospitals in Afghanistan.[2]
