71 Tauri (71 Tau) is a faint star in the constellation Taurus. It is a yellow-white F-type main sequence star with an apparent magnitude of +4.48. It is approximately 156 light years from Earth.

This star has about 1.94 times the mass of the Sun. It has a projected rotational velocity of 192 km s−1, for an estimated rotation period of 14.2 years.[1]
