Abby Brammell (born March 19, 1979) is an American television and stage actress.

Early life and education

Brammell was born in Kentucky, and raised in San Antonio, Texas, where she graduated from Churchill High School in 1997. She graduated from the Carnegie Mellon University drama school in 2001.

Career

Brammell has had recurring roles on Six Feet Under, The Shield, Push, Nevada, and Star Trek: Enterprise. In 2004 Brammell received good reviews for her performance as Sabina Spielrein in the North American premier of Christopher Hampton's play, "The Talking Cure," at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.[1][2]

From 2006 to 2009, she was seen in The Unit as "Tiffy Gerhardt", a housewife who was having an affair with her husband's commanding officer when her husband was on assignment and at one time was physically abused. She also appeared in an episode of NCIS in season 8 episode 3 Short Fuse as Marine Sergeant Heather Dempsey.

Bramwell played Tamara Moor in the 2012 thriller Playdate, a made-for-television film produced in the United States. In addition, she recently guest starred on Medium, The Mentalist, Lie to Me, Criminal Minds, and Castle.

Brammell appeared as the wife of Steve Jobs, played by Ashton Kutcher, in the 2013 film Jobs.

On October 11, 2015, it was announced Brammell will voice the female protagonist in Call of Duty: Black Ops III for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Personal life

On May 27, 2006, Brammell married screen actor Jake La Botz. They divorced in early 2008.
