Almaşu (Hungarian: Váralmás) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Almaşu, Băbiu (Bábony), Cutiş (Kiskökényes), Jebucu (Zsobok), Mesteacănu (Almásnyíres), Petrinzel (Kispetri), Sfăraş (Farnas), Stana (Sztána) and Ţăudu (Cold).
