Alois Obschil (21 November 1919 – 23 September 2000) was a Obersturmbannführer in the Waffen SS during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, awarded by Nazi Germany to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. He was also awarded the rare Close Combat Clasp in Gold, which was awaded 631 times.
