- Antiphilus, ancient Greek painter
- Antiphilus was an architect who built, in conjunction with Pothaeus and Megacles, the treasury of the Carthaginians at Olympia. His age and country are unknown.
- Antiphilus was an Athenian general who was appointed as the successor of Leosthenes in the Lamian War in 323 BCE, and gained a victory over Leonnatus.
