      Batman: The Animated Series is the first video game to be released based on the animated TV series of the same name. It was only released for the Game Boy. After the TV series was retitled, subsequent games were released under the show's new name, The Adventures of Batman & Robin.[citation needed]

      Gameplay

      The game is an action-adventure platformer. The player can switch between Batman or Robin to gain access to character-specific abilities. Batman uses a grappling hook to scale heights, Robin walks across ceilings, and both characters can perform wall jumps.[1]
