BrightQube, Inc. is a privately held firm based in Carlsbad, California, that operates a stock photography website, selling licenses to use royalty-free photos and images. BrightQube was started in 2007 by Lee Corkran, a decorated combat photographer for the United States Air Force. Prior to founding BrightQube, Lee held various management and executive positions at Digital Railroad, Hewlett-Packard, Eastman Kodak, Yahoo! Photos, PictureIQ and Pixology.

As of May 2008, BrightQube was offering more than 3 million royalty-free images, from more than 40 collections.[2] BrightQube attempts to distinguish itself from its peers by offering a "pageless" search interface.[3] Further, as of May 2008, BrightQube was the only stock photography marketplace to offer both high-end royalty-free images from both professional collections (such as those from Getty Images, Corbis, and Jupiter Images) and microstock photography in the same shopping cart. This is reflected by an inventory that ranges from $1 to over $500, at that time.

However, as of November 12, the site displays a generic page stating "BrighQube is currently off-line."
