Bucknall is a suburb of Stoke-on-Trent in the county of Staffordshire.
It was recorded in the Domesday Book as having a taxable value of 0.3 geld and consisting of three ploughlands.[1]
Mitchell High School is a comprehensive school located in Bucknall that educates pupils of ages 11-16.[2] There are around 570 students on roll drawn from a community that has high levels of social deprivation.[3]
Ash Hall Golf Club (now defunct) first appeared in the mid 1920s. It continued until WW2.[4]
