California's 19th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of California, currently represented by Democrat Zoe Lofgren. The district covers most of San Jose.

From 2003 to 2013, the district covered parts of Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, Tuolumne, and Stanislaus counties.
