The Mustaali and Nizari sects divided over an imamate dispute around 1094 AD. Following the 19th and 20th imams, the Mustaali split between the Tayyibi and Hafizi factions around 1130 AD, with Aṭ-Ṭayyib Abī-l-Qāsim being the only Tayyibi imam before that line ended with his claimed occultation.
