← SFR Yugoslavia | Republic of Serbia → Montenegro → |
Treaties concluded or ratified by Serbia and Montenegro (1992–2006). (From 1992–2003, the state was called the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). At international law, Serbia was recognised as the successor state to Serbia and Montenegro, so unless denounced, a treaty ratified by Serbia and Montenegro remains in force for Serbia (but not for Montenegro).
