As of the census of 2000, there were 253 people, 94 households, and 70 families residing in the village. The population density was 700.1 people per square mile (271.3/km²). There were 106 housing units at an average density of 293.3 per square mile (113.7/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.81% White, and 1.19% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.35% of the population.

There were 94 households out of which 30.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.8% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.5% were non-families. 20.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.15.

In the village the population was spread out with 24.5% under the age of 18, 9.9% from 18 to 24, 28.5% from 25 to 44, 28.1% from 45 to 64, and 9.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 91.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.0 males.
