The Manila–Cavite Expressway, more commonly known as CAVITEX and formerly as Aguinaldo Boulevard, is a 14 km (8.7 mi) long access-controlled toll expressway linking Manila to the southern province of Cavite in the Philippines. It is considered part of the Radial Road 1 (R-1) of Metro Manila. It is owned and operated by the Public Estates Authority Tollway Corporation (PEATC), a government owned corporation and a subsidiary of the Public Estates Authority, an office under the Office of the President. It is also nicknamed the Coastal Road because of its vicinity to the Manila Bay.

At the north end, it feeds into and from Roxas Boulevard in the city of Parañaque in Metro Manila, also part of R-1. At the south end, it splits into two terminii, both along the north coast in Kawit, Cavite. One feeds into the intersection of Tirona Highway and Antero Soriano Highway. Left backtracks through Binakayan back to Bacoor, straight proceeds on Soriano towards the Cavite Economic Zone, and right proceeds towards the highway's other terminus on Tirona Highway near the Aguinaldo Shrine heading towards Noveleta.

In 2011, the extension going to Kawit, Cavite, which is named as CAVITEX, was opened to the public, where it will eventually connect to C-6, the now-under-construction Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway and to the proposed Cavite-Laguna Expressway. Meanwhile, when the C-5 Road and the NAIA Expressway are extended southward, it will also eventually be connected to those expressways as well. It will be the street alignment of the Manila LRT-1 South Extension when completed in Parañaque. It will have 2 stations, namely: Asia World and Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The highway features a limited number of interchanges. The original south terminus of the expressway in Bacoor has been converted into a full trumpet interchange. There are two toll barriers on the expressway: the original barrier at Las Piñas and the extension barrier in Kawit. Vehicles are charged a flat toll rate based on class. PEATC has also incorporated a near-field communication prepaid card it calls E-TAP. The Expressway is now also accepting an electronic toll collection system called Easydrive set up by Easytrip Serivices Corporation, which currently manages ETC for the North Luzon Expressway (however, Easydrive is not cross-compatible with the NLEX's Easytrip).[citation needed]

These are the status of the exits of Manila Cavite Expressway. On the expressway segment, exit numbers start at 9. As of now there is no official 'KM 0.' Officially, the stretch of road north of NAIA Road is Roxas Boulevard, however there are a few important intersections on that short section up to EDSA. Exit numbers currently are not posted anywhere on the expressway.

Exit list

Kilometer No. Exit Interchange type Location Remarks
8 NAIA Road Intersection Intersection Barangay Tambo, Parañaque This intersection is located at the end of the Manila–Cavite Expressway. NAIA Road provides access to Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminals 1 and 2 and Domestic Terminal. There are plans to make this intersection into a full multi-level interchange that will cater to both NAIA Road and the upcoming NAIA Expressway. The old Coastal Mall and the Southwest Integrated Bus Terminal (which is on the back of the mall) are located on this intersection. Provincial Buses traveling to Manila via Coastal Road or CAVITEx are not allowed to enter Metro Manila (especially the City of Manila).
9 Southbound Caltex Service Station This service station on the southbound lanes has a Caltex gas station and a Star Mart convenience store, located just after the NAIA Road Intersection.
10 Asia World City Entrance Barangay Don Galo, Parañaque This is an entrance ramp located before the toll barrier, providing access to Asia World City. An exit ramp to this road remains closed and the exit roadway has been grown over with plants. However, an exit left turn on the northbound lane provides access to the same area.
12 Kabihasnan Entrance Ramp Barangay Manuyo Uno, Las Piñas This entrance ramp with a toll barrier on the northbound lanes is located on Victor Medina Street. This entrance ramp provides access from Elpidio Quirino Avenue and Ninoy Aquino Avenue of the nearby Kabihasnan area.

15 Zapote Exit Trumpet Barangays Zapote 5 and Longos, Bacoor, Cavite This exit provides access to Real Street/Alabang–Zapote Road which heads towards the Alabang area in Muntinlupa. The original expressway ended here, redirecting onto a short 4-lane road with intersections and property access. A U-Turn ramp at this location has been converted to a flyover as part of the conversion to a full trumpet interchange.
16 Alabang-Zapote Flyover 2 lane ramp This exit on the Alabang-Zapote Road is a 4-lane overpass over Diego Cera Avenue. Staying on the main road takes you Diego Cera Avenue, on which southbound can take you to Aguinaldo Highway and Bacoor and northbound can take you back to Manila.
17 Aguinaldo Highway Intersection Continuing south on Aguinaldo Highway can take you to Imus, Dasmariñas, Trece Martires, and further on to Tagaytay.
