Cornelius Gooyer

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Cornelius Gooyer was a Dutchman who established a settlement in Mauritius. He served as the island's governor from 1639 to 1640. He was succeeded by Adriaan van der Stel.
