Crowdfind, formerly Crowdfynd, is a Chicago-based company which provides lost and found software and services. The items are listed on a website, allowing them to be recognized by their owners.[1] There is also the possibility of posting a reward.[2]
History
Crowdfind was launched in April 2013 at TechCrunch Disrupt New York[3] as a crowdsourced mobile application. Crowdfind is now used by customers such as Navy Pier,[1] the Bonnaroo Music Festival,[4] and the campus bar Joe's brewery[5] among many others. There have been positive reactions from users.[1]
