Data Infosys Limited (DIL). is an Indian information and communications technology company. It is a part of the Data Group[1] of Industries with annual turnover of approx USD 200 million.[2] DIL played a role during the early spread of Internet, E-Governance and e-commerce in India and recently featured among top 20 most promising enterprise software product[3] companies. Data Infosys also featured in top 10 ISPs in India[4] and also serving Indian Government's largest telecom Company BSNL with its software product XgenPlus.[5] Data Infosys gets mention by Product Nation (A iSpirt initiative) for creating ZERO to 9 million cusotmers[6] in a decade.
History
In 1999, Data Infosys was the first company to bring Internet to Jaipur, Rajasthan. In Year 2007, Data Infosys was ranked in top seven ISPs in India.[7] Data Infosys also gave Jaipur better WIFI with tie of government of Rajasthan.[8] Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot launched Data Infosys BharatBerry application,[9] which was later shifted to another company BharatSync Technologies Pvt Ltd as BharatSync Communicator.[10]
