Deng Zhong (died 264) was a military general of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. Deng Zhong was the son of Deng Ai, a prominent general of Cao Wei. Following a battle against the state of Shu Han at Duan Valley, Deng Zhong assisted his father in the defeat of the enemy general Jiang Wei. Deng Zhong clashed once again with Jiang Wei at Chang Castle. Deng Zhong along with his father both fell into a trap set by Zhong Hui while at their new region of Chengdu. Both he and his father ended up being killed by Wei Guan who captured them in fear of their reprisal following the death of Zhong Hui.
