Digisay Ltd. is one of the biggest YouTube Partners in the MENA region. It was established in the summer of 2010. It launched over 200 YouTube Channels with more than 3 billion views. It manages 7 YouTube Content Networks (MCNs); 6 of them in MENA and the 7th is in the UK. DigiSay is one of the first companies in Egypt to get the YouTube Certified badge.[1]

Ahmed Abbas is an Egyptian digital media expert who is also the CEO and founder of DigiSay, one of the first digital media agencies to be part of the YouTube partnership program in the MENA region. He is also the COO of Qsoft Holding, an Egyptian digital media production company, best known for creating the world-renowned political satire show Al Bernameg with Bassem Youssef, where he also acted at the project director of the show.[2][self-published source?]

In March 2013, Abbas was a speaker in the launch of the YouTube Partnership Program in Egypt.[3]
