Earl Walter Hersh (June 21, 1932 – March 18, 2013) was an American former professional baseball player. He played seven games in Major League Baseball for the Milwaukee Braves during the 1956 season. He was originally signed by the Washington Senators as an amateur free agent prior to the 1953 season. He also played in the Puerto Rico Baseball League.[1]

In 1958, he won the American Association RBI title while playing for the Wichita Braves.[2] On May 28, 1959 he was traded to the Detroit Tigers as part of a four player deal, but was returned to the Braves system when another player involved in the trade refused to report to his new team.[3]

He was born in Ebbvale, Maryland.
