Encompass was an Internet service provider based in the United States acquired by Yahoo! in 2004 for $130,000,000.[1]
The company's CEO, Ian Ellis found the company in his bedroom of his parent's New York home. Mr. Ellis has used his money to fund a number of other successful tech and travel related ventures.
