Evaristo do Espírito Santo Carvalho (born 1942) is a São Toméan politician. He was Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe from 7 July 1994 to 25 October 1994[1] and again from 26 September 2001 to 28 March 2002.[2] He is a member of the Independent Democratic Action (ADI) party.
