Trafford Centre Line
EventCity is a proposed tram stop for Greater Manchester's Metrolink light rail system, that would be created to serve passengers boarding and alighting at EventCity and the Barton Square shopping centre on a new line on the network.[1]
The stop was originally planned to be called Lostock Parkway and was intended to be located just south of its current proposed location, on the existing Trafford Park Railway freight line by Park Way (A5081) in Lostock.[2] The current proposed stop would be located on Barton Dock Road by the Peel Circle roundabout, where the existing junction would undergo a remodel to accommodate the stop.
