Frederick Arthur McKenzie (1869–1931) was a correspondent active in the early 20th century who wrote several books on geopolitical developments in eastern Asia. He was born in Quebec, and described himself as "Scots-Canadian".[2] He briefly contributed to the Pall Mall Gazette,[3] and then for several years he worked with the Daily Mail as traveling correspondent in the Far East.[4] In The Russian Crucifixion, MacKenzie mentions "the days that Jack London and I spent together in Korea and Manchuria" without further elaboration.
