On an octagonal tower on top of the building adjacent to the windmill is a balustrade enclosed viewing deck on which 4 people are sitting. The windvane behind the windmill reads..."mance [...]eport". At the base of the building is a tall hedge and a small trimmed lawn and palm tree amid the circular path. A small flower bed is nearby.
