Summary
Bai po (Thai script: ใบปอ) are the leaves of the jute plant (Corchorus olitorius, ). They are eaten blanched together with plain rice congee. The taste is similar to that of spinach or <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Salicornia" title="Salicornia">samphire</a>.
