Darin ist festgelegt, daß Auskunft an Betroffene und zuständige Stellen gegeben werden, wenn es um die Wiedergutmachung und Rehabilitierung von Betroffenen, die Feststellung einer offiziellen oder inoffiziellen Stasi-Tätigkeit, die Verfolgung von Straftaten sowie der Abwehr einer gegenwärtigen oder drohenden Verletzung des Persönlichkeitsrechtes geht.
