The testicles are situated inside the scrotum as they need a lower temperature than the body. They usually differ slightly in size, one hanging lower than the other. At normal temperatures the scrotum and testicles are very loose, they retreat towards the body for various reasons (cold temperatures, sexual arousal, embarrassment, or simply without any reason ...). It is not possible to control the movements.
