Summary
The nationalists held a demo (parade?) on constitution day (during Golden Week). The text on the car reads (right-to-left, traditional way of writing): 愛国団体 敬愛倭塾 Aikokudantai Keiai wajuku (or possibly Keiai Yamatojuku) sort of "Nationalist Group", "Respectful love for Japan school", I guess they were lobbying for the introduction of the term "aikokushin" in primary school as "to feel love for one's home and Japan".
