Summary

The symbol for <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/real_number" class="extiw" title="wikipedia:real number">real numbers</a>.

Also in <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Unicode" title="Category:Unicode">Unicode</a> (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unicode" class="extiw" title="wikipedia:Unicode">wikipedia</a>): <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Unicode_2100-214F_Letterlike_Symbols" title="Category:Unicode 2100-214F Letterlike Symbols">U+211D</a> (ℝ)

Latex_real_numbers.tex:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{amsfonts}

\begin{document}

\begin{equation}
\mathbb{R}
\end{equation}

\end{document}

Ran:

pdflatex 'Latex real numbers.tex' && pdf2svg 'Latex real numbers.pdf' 'Latex real numbers.svg'

pdflatex comes with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX" class="extiw" title="wikipedia:LaTeX">LaTeX</a>, pdf2svg is in a tiny package called pdf2svg (uses Cairo and Poppler)

Then cropped out the other stuff with <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Inkscape" title="Inkscape">inkscape</a>.

Pretty similar to <a href="//commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Latex_integers.svg" title="File:Latex integers.svg">Latex integers.svg</a> except I skipped the gimp png and tracing steps.
