Summary

This picture shows a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rotary_converter" class="extiw" title="en:rotary converter">rotary converter</a> from <a rel="nofollow" class="external free" href="http://www.irm.org/">http://www.irm.org/</a> (Illinois Railway Museum). This rotary converter converts AC to low voltage (600V) DC to power train and streetcar engines.
