Summary

Pre-1975 The Royal Lao Arms is a three headed elephant referred to as an Erawan. The three headed elephant actually had the layered "umbrella" looking object over it's heads as opposed to one on either side. This is a flag or coat of arms image from the Vector-Images.com web site. It states that "Raster images (in GIF format) of Vector-Images.com can be easily used on other web sites with quote to Vector-Images.com (hyperlink to http://vector-images.com) only"[1]. It is believed that the terms of use stated on their web site apply only to vector images (See the template's discussion page for details.)
