Summary

Armenia - Day 5 - 22 September 2010. Just below the summit of the Selim Pass on the south side. Above the doorway is a carving of a Griffin and a Lion. The inscription is Persian (in Arabic). It was built by in 1332 by Chesar Orbelian in the reign of Khan Abu Said II and forms part of the old Silk Road.
