Darrrell Brandes of Goliad, Texas. During exercise Natural Fire, over 2000 sheep and goats were vaccinated against Sheep Pox and Pleural Pneumonia at a Veterinary Civil Assistance Project (VETCAP) operated by U.S., Kenyan, Tanzanian and Ugandan veterinarians and doctors. Natural Fire is the largest combined exercise between Eastern African community nations and the United States, and includes medical, veterinary and engineering civic affairs programs.
