September 161 "Sherman"-Panzer und Panzerspähwagen, größtenteils durch Panzernahbekämpfungsmittel.[2] In the defensive battles in Belgium, the 712th Infantry Division, led by Lieutenant-General Neumann particularly distinguished itself. The division destroyed or captured during the period of 3 to 10 September 161 "Sherman" tanks and armored cars, mostly by anti tank weapons in close quarters fighting.
