Fuping County (Chinese: 富平县; pinyin: Fùpíng Xiàn) is a county in Weinan City, located in the center of Shaanxi Province of China.
Area: 1233 km2; Population: 750,000; Postal Code: 711700
It comprises 24 towns, 337 administrative villages.
Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, traces his ancestry here.[1] His father, former Vice-Premier Xi Zhongxun was from here.
