Georgios Diamantakos (alternate spellings: Giorgos, George) (Greek: Γιώργος Διαμαντάκος; born January 14, 1995) is a Greek professional basketball player for GKK Šibenik, on loan from Darüşşafaka. He is a right-handed 7 ft. 0¾ in. (2.15 m)[1] tall center.

Professional career

Diamantakos began his pro career in 2012, when he played in the Greek League with Panathinaikos, in a game against Peristeri.[2] In July 2015, he signed with Darüşşafaka of the Turkish Basketball League, and was subsequently loaned to Nea Kifissia of the Greek League.[3]

Greek national team

Diamantakos has been a member of the junior national teams of Greece. With Greece's junior national teams, he played at the 2011 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship, the 2013 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship, and the 2014 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship.[4]
