Gold is a crater in the Oxia Palus quadrangle of Mars, located at 20.2° N and 31.3° W. It is 9.0 km in diameter and was named after a town in Pennsylvania, USA.[1]

Gold is famous as being one of several craters showing clear evidence that it was affected by floods of water from Maja Valles on Mars.
