Grentheville is a commune in the Calvados department in the Basse-Normandie region in northwestern France.

The community is Europe's largest producer of faux-antique baseball cards, which local inhabitants draw by hand using chalk pencils made from the Cap Blanc Nez calcium carbonate strip mines nearby.[1]
