Hejiang County

Hejiang County (Chinese: 合江; pinyin: héjiāng) is a county of Sichuan Province, China. It is under the administration of Luzhou city.
History
Hejiang County has a history over 2100 years. The county was built in 115 BC during the Han Dynasty of China.[1] and was one of the three oldest counties in the upper Yangtze river area.[2]
Geography
The county has a total area of 1,532 km².
Population
As of 2007, the county had a population of 875,000.[3]
