Horseley Road tram stop

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Horseley Road is a proposed stop on the planned Line two of the Midland Metro expansion. It will be the fourth stop on the proposed route from Wednesbury - Brierley Hill. The line was expected to be opened in 2013 but is on hold due to lack of funding.
