Igor Aleksandrovich Dragunov (Russian: Игорь Александрович Драгунов; born 6 April 1991) is a Russian football defender who currently plays for FC Strogino Moscow.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Pskov-747 Pskov on 8 September 2011 in a game against FC Lokomotiv-2 Moscow.[1]
