The Federation of Austrian Industry (de: Vereinigung der Österreichischen Industrie or Industrievereinigung, shortform VOeI or IV) is Austrian employers' organization.

The IV has contacts to politicians and a wide net of contacts and relations. In Bruxelles the Federation runs an office. As a lobby organisation, it pursues its goals and represents the interests of its members not only in Austria, but on the European level as well.

For the next four years from 2013 to 2018, the Federation runs a campaign to change Austrias policy and to strengthen the competitiveness of Austria´s companies. On top of the agenda are savings in the public administration, the health care system, the retirement system and savings on suventions and public advancements.

Currently it has around 4.200 members. President is Georg Kapsch, CEO of Kapsch inc.
