Isipingo Secondary, located in Wattle Place, Isipingo (south of Durban, South Africa) is regarded as one of the area's leading schools. It has produced several top 10 matriculants over the years. Having very few sporting facilities and being located next to a poorly managed landfill site whose emissions have caused the closure of the school on hot days, the school remains a testament to its motto of "Strive, Seek, Find" with the excellent results pupils have produced over the years.
It is also the first school in South Africa to have a website created by former students for alumni to reconnect - which many regard as a homage to the school.
Jeenas
From the time the school opened the students from Isipingo secondary had a place to reconsile and relax after school. Noted as a place for drinking and smoking after examinations and boasting regular fighting, Jeenas is a place for the students to wait for their transport after school.
