Its major shareholders are TV Asahi Holdings and Tokyu Agency. It also distributes CNN channels to Japan through SKY PerfecTV!.
TV channels
- CNNj: Mix of CNN International and CNN/US
- CNN/US HD: Relays HD feed of CNN/US
JCTV used to distribute Golf Channel to Japan until April 2009, when it distribution management was replaced by World Hivision Channel, the company responsible for broadcasting BS Twellv.
