KODZ (99.1 FM) is a commercial classic hits music radio station in Eugene, Oregon, broadcasting to the Eugene-Springfield, Oregon, area. The station is owned by Bicoastal Media.

History

The station originally signed on the air in November 1968 as KPNW-FM with a beautiful music format. KPNW-FM transitioned to a soft adult contemporary format in the mid-1980s, branded as "Lite 99.1", before switching to oldies and the current KODZ calls in 1994.

The station was previously owned by Clear Channel Communications. The station recently shifted from oldies from the late 50s, 60s, & early 70s to classic hits from the 60s, 70s, & 80s.
