The Kelton Apartments, is an historic 4-unit 2-story[2] multi-family building located at 644-648 Kelton Avenue, in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Designed in 1941 in the international or modernistic style of architecture by noted Los Angeles architect Richard Neutra for himself, it is still owned by the Neutra family. [3][4][5] It is next door to the Elkay Apartments which Neutra designed in 1948. On June 21, 1988, the City of Los Angeles designated the building a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.[1][6] [7]
